On June 29, the Party and Government branch directly under International College and the Foreign Affairs Office launched a party day event with the theme of "Reviewing the Party Oath and Strengthening Ideals and Beliefs" in Conference Room 304. In the form of reviewing the party's oath, all party members further strengthened the four consciousness, their ideals and beliefs, and the stability of the ideological position. The event was hosted by Secretary Du Jun.

This year is the 99th anniversary of the founding of the party. In order to commemorate this great occasion, the branch secretary led the branch party members to swear the oath solemnly in the face of the bright party flag. "I volunteer to join the Communist Party of China... I am always ready to sacrifice everything for the party and the people, and never betray the party." The magnificent oath, sacred and heroic, embodies the infinite loyalty of party members to the Communist Party of China.

Party members said that in the coming July, by reviewing their solemn oaths when joining the party, they reminded themselves that they undertake sacred missions and responsibilities, and that they continuously strengthen their loyalty to our party and their unremitting pursuit of communism.

As Communist Party members in the new era, we educators may not need vigorous feats, let alone bloody sacrifices, but only need to take work seriously on our positions, serve students well and make ordinary things well done. We also should keep in mind the purpose of serving teachers and students, take practical actions to abide by the commitment to the party, and make contributions to the development and construction of departments and the university.
