The 2026 National Postgraduate Entrance Examination was held from December 20 to 21, 2025. According to official statistics, a total of 3.43 million candidates registered nationwide. During the examination, Huzhou University served as a test center for 1,371 candidates. The university carefully arranged 46 standardized examination rooms and 2 reserve rooms, and mobilized more than 100 faculty and staff members to participate in invigilation and examination administration, ensuring the smooth conduct of the examination. Through meticulous preparation and precise implementation, the university provided comprehensive support for every stage of the examination process and successfully achieved the goal of a “safe and orderly postgraduate entrance examination” in 2026.

　　The Party Committee and administrative leadership of Huzhou University attached great importance to the organization of the 2026 National Postgraduate Entrance Examination. Multiple special meetings were convened in advance to thoroughly plan and coordinate key aspects such as examination organization, safety assurance, and candidate services, adhering to the principles of early planning, early preparation, and early deployment. During the examination period, university leaders, including Party Secretary Xu Huixia, Deputy Party Secretary Ding Ganzhen, and Vice President Shu Zhiding, visited the examination venues to inspect and guide the examination work, and to express appreciation to invigilators, staff members, and volunteers. They emphasized the need to continuously strengthen examination security and improve support services to ensure steady progress in test center management and the quality of postgraduate admissions. Leaders from the Zhejiang Provincial Education Examinations Authority and the Huzhou Municipal Education Examinations Center also conducted on-site inspections.

　　Huzhou University made every effort to support postgraduate entrance examination candidates. Prior to the examination, important information, including pre-exam reminders, examination room arrangements, entry procedures, security check requirements, and cold-weather precautions, was released in a timely manner through the university’s official WeChat account. To create a safe, orderly, and welcoming examination environment, detailed entry maps and directional signage were set up around the examination venues, with examination staff on site to provide guidance and ensure smooth entry for candidates. On the examination days, the university prepared a range of considerate services, including warming patches, ginger tea and hot water, convenient lunch services, and rest areas for midday breaks, offering timely and thoughtful support to candidates and fostering a reassuring and comfortable examination atmosphere.
