In his lecture, Mr. Rowe drew on his extensive project experience with institutions such as the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the World Health Organization (WHO), DARPA, and the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School to provide an in-depth analysis of the current landscape and future trajectory of artificial intelligence. He systematically outlined the revolutionary opportunities that AI brings to fields such as education, healthcare, and business innovation, while also highlighting pressing challenges in areas including ethical governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity. During the interactive session, students actively engaged with the speaker, raising questions on topics such as the ethical boundaries of AI technologies and their impact on future careers. The lively dialogue fostered a deeper understanding of both the transformative power of AI and the responsibilities it entails.

　　According to available information, Robin Rowe is an internationally recognized artificial intelligence research scientist and Chief Executive Officer of Heroic Robots. He has served as Chair of the Metaverse for Health Working Group of the International Telecommunication Union, led technological innovation projects at Capgemini, the World Health Organization, DARPA, the U.S. Office of Naval Research, and NBC, and worked as Chief Technology Expert at SAIC. He is currently Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) in Maryland, and has previously taught at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and the University of Washington.
